Return & Exchange policy

  1. Products sold are non-refundable, but we will happily exchange the damaged product/incorrect product with the correct product(s) with receipt/invoice provided.
  2. Please allow Five (5) to Seven (7) working days from the day we received your product for your request to be processed, you will be contacted once your return is completed.
  3. In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to us on the day of delivery.
  4. To effect the return, you will be required return the product(s) to the following address:

  5. DrBelter Malaysia reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
  6. If you have any questions on our return policy, please contact Customer Service at info@jnl-united.com.my (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays). Please provide your contact details, invoice number and reason for return. 
  7. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking number provided to return the products to the above mentioned address at your own cost.
  8. At https://www.drbelter.my , the ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to info@jnl-united.com.my. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item (exclude weekend and public holidays). In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
